Vinyasa

Yang to Yin: Find your flow with this class. A music-led practice designed to increase your heart rate. Enjoy this moving meditation for most of the practice, followed by longer-held postures to finish. the perfect way to start or finish your day.

Yin

Yin: A slow flow that will challenge your mind as well as your body and leave you feeling rested and restored. We hold postures for several minutes and cozy up with plenty of props. Wind down with yin and discover the benefits of the origins of a practice inspired by Chinese medicine.

Private

Sessions

For those in need of some more focus. Dedicated private sessions, 1-1, small groups or corporate classes designed just for your needs.
